At futura Montessori Zug, we are a passionate group of educators who provide busy parents with peace of mind by offering a nurturing, child-centered, Montessori home-away-from-home where toddlers, and preschoolers are inspired to explore, learn and succeed in academics and in life!

Here you will find a school community committed to developing the whole child through the Montessori Philosophy from ages 3 months to 6 years.
At futura Montessori Zug (fMZ), we work with families to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can be supported as lifelong learners. While we guide with Montessori approaches and address your child's natural desire to learn, our school follows the international Montessori curriculum (AMI) for age groups 0-3 and 3-6, as well as the Cantonal Kindergarten curriculum according to Curriculum 21.
The opportunities and educational offerings of fMZ go far beyond the municipal curriculum and parents can expect extraordinary things from their child as a result of their experience at our school. Montessori education has been used in schools and preschools around the world for over 100 years.
This well-researched approach to education implements methods that are still considered ‘progressive’ and our adherence to the authentic Montessori principles has a powerful impact on children’s learning and development. Within the school environment, individualised and independent learning occurs in mixed age classes, where choice of activities, collaborative work, and hands-on experiences are part of everyday learning. These enriching experiences are based on the child’s individual developmental stage and facilitated by their class Directress.

Our mission is to meet the individual child’s intellectual, emotional, and physical rigor needs and to guide them in a hands-on atmosphere.
We believe that children are motivated to learn in an environment that speaks to their interests which fit their unique developmental pace. We celebrate each child’s individuality and help them discover how they can best contribute to our world and culture. Our mission is to meet the individual child’s intellectual, emotional, and physical rigor needs and to guide them in a hands-on atmosphere. Children will learn through their mistakes rather than corrections, and this experience will form the foundation to a lifetime of creative and critical thinking skills. Our credentialed and experienced Montessori teachers will provide comprehensive Montessori education to cultivate our student’s independence, his/her foundational skills, social ease and self-confidence. Our Montessori education will promote students to successfully achieve their life goals in future.
